A: Please keep in mind that our products are handmade and take between 4-8 Business Days to handcraft. Many times, our popular items may be backed up in production due to their high demand and may take a few days longer so we please ask that you be patient, we guarantee that we are working very hard to perfectly make each necklace as fast as we can and once you receive it we know you will love it. As soon as your order is finished, it will be shipped out and you will receive a tracking number via email.
